I'm Yasin — a CBT and trauma-informed mental wellbeing and relationship coach with a degree in Psychology (MSc), integrating somatic awareness into my practice and bringing academic and life experience together to support you.
Having lived in eight countries and explored nearly sixty, my work sits at the intersection of evidence-based psychology, human-centered design, and a life lived globally. I have spent my life observing how humans adapt, connect, and thrive across cultures. Whether I am speaking at international conferences, lecturing at universities, or working one-on-one with clients, my mission remains the same: to help you architect a life of mental clarity, emotional balance, and purposeful direction without pushing specific outcomes—no matter where in the world you are.
